Shipping

We ship our products from Europe and offer delivery both within Europe and internationally.

Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days within Sweden and 10–14 business days within Europe, depending on destination and selected shipping method. For deliveries outside of Europe, shipping times may be longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Returns

We hope you love your products from Wilder Minds. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused
Returned in its original packaging
With all protective materials intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–14 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wilderminds.eu, including a description of the issue and relevant photos. We will get back to you with further instructions.
