2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all purchases made via the website of Wilder Minds AB by private consumers and businesses within the European Union, excluding the United Kingdom.

By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

Wilder Minds AB sells physical products in the form of flat-lay mats, produced in small batches and intended for photographic use. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable Swedish VAT.

For sales to private consumers within the European Union, Swedish VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU distance selling rules, provided that the relevant turnover threshold has not been exceeded.

Free shipping applies to deliveries within the European Union.
Any costs related to returns are borne by the customer in accordance with section 8.

5. Payment

Payment is made immediately upon purchase. The following payment methods are available:

Card payment via Stripe

When using Klarna, Klarna’s own terms and conditions apply. Wilder Minds AB is not responsible for Klarna’s credit assessments, fees, or payment terms.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address or pickup point specified by the customer.

Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 3–5 business days

Other EU countries: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

The risk for the goods transfers to the customer once the goods have been physically received by the customer.

7. Shipping and Return Shipping

Wilder Minds AB covers the shipping cost for deliveries within the European Union.

In the event of a return under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of an approved complaint, Wilder Minds AB will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable distance selling legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Wilder Minds AB within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must then be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned products must be:

Unused

In their original packaging

In substantially unchanged condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the event of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned goods.

9. Complaints

In the event of defective goods, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

In the event of an approved complaint, Wilder Minds AB will, at its discretion, offer:

A replacement product, or

A refund

10. Limitation of Liability

Wilder Minds AB shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, loss of profit, business interruption, or similar economic losses.

This limitation of liability applies to the extent permitted by law and does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

11. Force Majeure

Wilder Minds AB shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Consumers have the right to submit disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Disputes may also be submitted via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

13. Language

These Terms and Conditions are originally drafted in Swedish. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Swedish version shall prevail.
